To get here, activate the moving platforms and use the 1st one to get to the middle. Military Gate Road, at the end of the tunnel on the left hand side just out the entrance. In a burial crevice on the right hand side, after dropping down a ladder. In one corner of the room is the path back up, which requires flipping into an alcove. In the area with the red Wasp Fiends, jump down to the bottom level. In the same room as the Save Point and a dead ninja with the Incendiary Shuriken, on the ground 5. On the left hand side of the room (far side from the entrance from the archives), sat in the middle of a ledge in plain view. After doing a Flying Bird Flip up to the third level, it will be laid on the ground next to Ryu. Clear the enemies out and the metal gates open up, letting you access the scarab in one of the glass cases here. Chapter 7: Total Scarabs: 6 Running Total: 15 1. From the alcove with the Save Point, head along the right hand path about halfway, The scarab will be in an alcove on the left. In an alcove with a Save Point, literally sat right next to it on the wall. Ryu will come to an alley that has a chest containing the Pegasus Key on one side and the scarab is sitting on a ledge on the opposite side. Chapter 6: Total Scarabs: 3 Running Total: 9 1.
